P.S. 214 Cadwallader Colden School is located at 31-15 140Th Street Flushing, NY and it provides for education for grades Pk-6 in Queens County. Effective instruction is a shared activity for the school to be successful, faculty must participate in the school-decision making process not only in the areas of instructional program design, curriculum development, and materials selection but also in peer selection, support, and evaluation. Individuals have different needs and talents and achieve at different rates. Therefore, multiple forms of assessment must provide a variety of opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to demonstrate what they know and can do.
