Philadelphia Primary School is located at 3 Sand Street Philadelphia, NY and provides quality education for grades K through 3 for the community of Philadelphia. Philadelphia Primary School has many students who come to us from various places in the world. Being a school with 80% of the population associated with the military, we have been richly rewarded with a “Rainbow Coalition” of multi-culturalism. They celebrate their differences and appreciate our similarities.
As facilitators of learning, Philadelphia teachers use a variety of strategies to enhance academic achievement, address the diverse needs of students, and maintain a favorable learning environment that provides each student an opportunity to apply that knowledge.
At Philadelphia Primary School, the safety and security of our students is our very highest priority. Second to that priority is the development of each student’s literacy skills.
