Owego Free Academy is located at 1 Sheldon Guile Boulevard Owego, NY serving grades 9-12 in Tioga County. The staff and teachers work right along with parents to provide one of the best teaching experiences for pupils. There are several different cultures and religions attending this New York Public School so it has a very diverse background of students.
