Orville A. Todd Middle School is located at 11 Croft Road in Poughkeepsie, New York. The Orville A. Todd Middle School is the only middle school in Spackenkill Union Free School district providing an excellent education for students in 6th through 8th grades.
Staff, teachers, and administration adhere to the mission statement and the vision of the district by working with the students on an individual basis to ensure success in both educational and emotional aspects of the students.
At Orville A. Todd Middle School, teachers and staff understand that middle school is a transitional periods with students leaving elementary school and looking ahead at high school. Because of this, their caring and nurturing environment promotes not only educational needs, but social and emotional needs as well.
Along with all educational opportunities, Orville A. Todd Middle School provides several clubs and activities where students can enjoy spending time with their peers. Some of the choices include Todd Art Club, Chess Club, Computer Club, Continental Math League, Environmental Club, Handball Club, National Junior Honor Society, Odyssey of the Mind, Ping-Pong, Bookbag – School Store, Science Club, Science Olympiad, Ski Club, Student Government, and Yearbook Club.
