Northern Adirondack Junior-Senior High School is located at 5586 Route 11 Ellenburg Depot, NY. This school is apart of the Northern Adirondack Central School District system which makes use of modern educational methods for grades 6 through 12 in the County of Clinton, located in the state of New York. The school is accredited by the New York State Board of Regents and was selected as a school of excellence in the U.S. Department of Education's School Recognition Program.
Current initiatives include improving reading and writing skills at the high school level. Teachers utilize a daily professional learning period to plan with other teachers. The time is also used to provide support and extra help to students. At Adirondack Junior-Senior High School each individual should be given the opportunity to develop and achieve knowledge, skills and values to the maximum extent possible. So the school will foster a learner-centered environment that provides equal educational opportunities for all students.
