New York Mills Junior-Senior High School is located at 1 Marauder Boulevard New York Mills, NY and offers education for grades 7-12. The New York Mills Junior-Senior High School consists of approximately 300 students. Students are offered an all regents curriculum in grades 7-12 with an opportunity to also take an occupational component. With the recent changes of state requirements, technology is becoming an increasing valuable tool to enhance the access of information, as well as a tool to help in meeting the needs of ‘at risk’ students who are trying to meet the new standards of achievement established by the state. A full program of interscholastic athletics, different clubs, and a school musical are offered to our students as extra and co-curricular activities.
New York Mills Junior-Senior High School agrees with the mission of the district and works with each student to develop and grow into a total individual. The educational program provides a wide range of challenges in various subjects to meet the needs and talents of the diverse population. The staff and teachers strive to create a learning environment that will promote self-esteem, respect for others, and the appreciation of learning to every student.
