Millenium Art Academy was started in 2003 and the school works to get students ready for attending college. Students are involved in an assortment of individual and group projects that require critical thinking skills, problem solving, developmental writing, and artistic creation. Millenium teachers realize that in order to close the achievement gap, Millenium focuses on improving student reading, and writing, mathematical and critical thinking skills. Being an involved parent is the best method to insure your child's success.
The Millenium Art Academy staff hopes are to model professionalism and a love of learning, engage in professional development focused on improving instructional practices, and actively connect with parents and value diversity.
