Midlakes High School is located at 1554 Route 488 Clifton Springs, NY and provides education to grades 9-12 in Ontario County. Midlakes High School Language arts instruction is geared toward creating lifelong readers, writers, and effective communicators. Reading, writing, listening and speaking are taught in an integrated fashion to reinforce one another. Children are given many opportunities to experience quality literature and develop a continuum of skills in all areas. In mathematics, the primary goal is to help students develop problem-solving skills that will support lifelong learning. An emphasis is put on the value of mathematics and its usefulness in everyday life. In social studies, concepts, skills and content are presented through interdisciplinary units that incorporate other subject areas.
Midlakes High School offers great opportunities for students to excel academically, physically, socially, emotionally, and culturally so they can attain success in all they endeavor.
