Mexico High School is located at 3338 Main Street Mexico, NY and it serves grades 9-12 in Oswego County. This Technology Plan is based on the belief that a well-designed computer-based technology curriculum will encourage learning and benefit all disciplines. The heart of the Technology Plan focuses on teacher training, curriculum design, instruction, expansion, communication, student data management, and parent and community involvement. New technological developments, are continually being studied and evaluated and will be incorporated into the Technology Plan.
Mexico High School is the proud home of the hand-carved wood block scenic mural, La Guerre D'Independance. The mural depicts scenes from the Revolutionary War. The only two places that this historic art work survives in its entirety are the White House in Washington, D.C. and in the beautiful, oak-paneled upper foyer of Mexico High School. In the White House, part of the mural is in the private dining room, and the rest in the diplomatic reception room on a different floor.
The surrounding community is made up of both friendly and supportive parents that desire a quality education for their children and remain very active with the PTA to ensure learning excellence. With teachers and staff adhering to the philosophy “that all children can learn” coupled together with supportive parents the Hilton High School provides a tremendous learning opportunity for education.
