Mcgraw High School is located at 10 West Academy Street Mcgraw, NY. This school is one of only two schools in the Mcgraw Central School District of Cortland County and it attends to the needs of grades 7 through 12. The school is host to a wide variety of Clubs, Sports, and music programs so students can always find some activity they will enjoy participating in. At Mcgraw High School they understand that no two students learn in the same way, each team utilizes a variety of instructional techniques including blocked periods, lecture, cooperative learning and projects.

It is not uncommon to see a variety of student projects on display in the Learning Center throughout the school year. In addition to social studies, math, science and language arts, students participate in a variety of special area classes including: reading, art, music, computers, technology, home and careers, physical education, band and chorus. A number of formal and informal programs are offered to help students who have difficulty learning, as well as for those students with disabilities.

The local area provides some scenic landscape with plenty of outdoor activities in the area such as; River Rafting, kayak or boating on the many lakes and rivers and the experience the culture of the Enchanted Mountains located in this region.
