Locust Valley Middle School applies a math curriculum that is closely aligned to the current New York State and national standards. Topics covered include: Operations with Rational Numbers, Ratio, Proportion, and Percent, Algebra, Geometry and Measurement, Statistics and Probability. Teachers meet daily to coordinate curriculum, assessments, field trips, and special activities for their students. Locust Valley Middle School Technology maximizes productivity and efficiency and enables schools to better prepare students for future learning. This includes the ability to access, analyze and communicate information, think critically and creatively and work cooperatively and productively with others.
