Lindell Boulevard School students participate in music, art, library, computer technology and physical education at least once per week. They have an extensive music program in recorder, band, orchestra and chorus, with instrumental music lessons given during the regular school day. All classrooms have their own computers, and the school has a comprehensive computer lab as well. Teachers are heavily involved in computer staff development to enhance instruction in their classrooms. Students have reading, writing and mathematics daily to emphasize skills needed to meet the standards. Their science program is hands-on and based on the use of manipulative materials while our social studies curriculum is enriched by the logistics of our community.
