Le Roy Junior-Senior High School is located at 9300 South Street Road in Le Roy, New York. This is the only school in the district that provides an excellent education for students in seventh through 12th grades.

The school adheres to the vision, mission statement, and beliefs upheld by the district. Along with the basic educational needs such as math, science, social studies, English Language Arts, and computer lab, the school provides many clubs, activities, and sports for the students to develop other interests.

Clubs and organizations found at Le Roy Junior-Senior High School include the Academic Challenge Bowl, Boys and Girls State, French club, Miss Genesee County, Marching Band, Math Team, National Honor Society, National Jr. Honor Society, O-AT-KAN, SADD, Scholastic Bowl, Ski Club, Spanish Club, and Student Council.

Beyond the basic curriculum and other extra-curriculum Le Roy Junior-Senior High School offers courses such as Home and Careers, Art, Music Appreciation, Health, Technology, Reading Lab, Foreign Language, and Physical Education for junior high students. High school students can enjoy a wide-ranging curriculum including courses such as Animal Science, College Tech Prep, Electronics & Computer Technology, Auto Body Repair, Computer Information Systems, Graphic Arts, and more.
