La Fayette Junior-Senior High School

La Fayette Junior-Senior High School is located at 3122 Route 11 North Lafayette, NY providing education for grades 7-12 in Onondaga County. The community takes pride in its school programs. Families are very involved, working collaboratively with school personnel to provide a quality education for the community’s youth.

The academic program is characterized by a standards-based approach. The educational program is designed to foster strong academic skills, self-esteem, social competence, and problem solving abilities within an inclusive environment. We believe that children learn best when information is presented in a way that makes sense to them and is of high interest.

The connection between home and school is paramount. Parents are encouraged to be active participants in their child’s school life. The Parent/Teacher Organization is a group designed to support the academic and extracurricular activities at Elbridge Elementary. The Site Base Team is another body opens to parent participation. The Site Base Team is comprised of staff, faculty, administration and parent representatives who share their perspectives and conduct deliberations so as to promote continuous school improvement.
