Jamesville Elementary School is located at 6409 East Seneca Turnpike Jamesville, NY providing education for grades K-4 in Onondaga County. This Elementary School is located in the hamlet of Jamesville, New York and is one of three elementary schools in the Jamesville-DeWitt Central School District. Jamesville Elementary is a community-based school serving children in Kindergarten through 4th Grade.
The dedicated professional staff, as well as the devoted paraprofessionals and support staff, is committed to making a positive difference in each of our students' lives by providing a strong academic program while also being sensitive to the needs of the individual learner. Their commitment to providing a solid core curriculum is evident in our strong literacy and mathematics programs. In addition to our focus on academic achievement, students also participate in a rich fine arts and athletic program.
Jamesville Elementary School’s Parent Teacher Group (PTG), is an important part of their team effort in educating all children. Parent volunteers assist staff in numerous ways throughout the school year, including volunteering in classrooms, helping to organize materials and events, in addition to providing support for special field trips, student assembly programs, and an after-school program. Jamesville Elementary School is also grateful to the larger Jamesville community, which provides strong support for our educational programs.
