High School - Law & Public Service

About
High School - Law & Public Service program is designed for students who are interested in careers in law, criminal justice, legal office service, and public affairs including teacher education. Students have easy access to the federal district courthouse, circuit courts, city council chambers, legal offices, the Sheriff’s Office, police departments and governmental agencies. On-line research, mock trials in the school’s own courtroom, and participation as Ghost Jurists in district court proceedings are just a few highlights of this program. Students are exposed to a broad range of law-related issues by teachers, as well as guest speakers and field trips. Community partnerships create outstanding school-to-work experiences for all students.
