Hempstead Elementary School is located at 80 Brick Church Road Spring Valley, NY and serves grades K-3 in Rockland County. The staff is proud of the school. The students are significant contributors to the operations of the school as they help set goals, rules and expectations. This Rockland County school serves a diverse, multilingual student population of immigrants to the United States. They seek to provide each student with a language-rich learning experience that moves them to a point where they can read, write and communicate effectively in English and their native language.
