Grandview Elementary School is located at 151 Grandview Avenue Monsey, NY and serves grades K-3 in Rockland County. The staff is proud of the school. They strive for academic excellence while focusing on each child's social and emotional development. The students are significant contributors to the operations of the school as they help set goals, rules and expectations. The classrooms in our schools are safe, creative, and engaging places where students feel empowered to take risks and make choices.
This Rockland County school serves a diverse, multilingual student population of immigrants to the United States. They seek to provide each student with a language-rich learning experience that moves them to a point where they can read, write and communicate effectively in English and their native language. The students will learn to use their minds well to critically analyze and respond to complex real-world issues.
