Genesee Valley High School is home to not only the best educational resources available but also various music, art, and athletic programs. Students and parents alike can become involved watching or participating in athletic activities such as for men include varsity basketball, JV basketball, Modified basketball, varsity volleyball, wrestling, while women can enjoy varsity basketball, JV basketball, Modified basketball, and cheerleading.

Along with extra-curricular activities such as athletics, students enjoy other subjects of learning such as Science, Social Studies, Math, Physical Education, Technology, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Home & Careers, and Business.
