Future Leaders Institute Charter School community members, they help others grow by doing what is right, even when others are doing wrong. They look for ways to improve things, even when others are comfortable with the way things are. As FLI community members, they make others feel welcome and good about them and never hurt each other physically or emotionally. They put ourselves in other’s shoes so that they may/are able to. As FLI community members, they understand that every living person has value, and accept others who have different appearances, customs, and beliefs from their own. They value other people's right to make responsible decisions, even if they do not agree with them.
