Frank P. Long Intermediate School is proficient in basic math, in reading, and in communication, both verbal and written. Students will possess strong thinking and problem-solving skills, an understanding of the relationship between the disciplines they have studied, and an awareness that learning does not cease when they leave school. Frank P. Long Intermediate School makes every attempt is made to incorporate literacy learning in all areas of learning: social studies, science, math, health, physical education, and the arts.
