The Eugenio Maria De Hostos Charter School is a well-rounded educational facility offering the chance for both English speaking students and Spanish speaking students to become fluent in both English and Spanish while working to ensure the success of all students in their academic and social lives.
The Ibero-American Action League is a partner with the school, which has been involved in community redevelopment, civic issues, and of course high quality educational needs.
The goal of Eugenio Maria De Hostos Charter School is to provide an environment for Spanish speaking students the chance to quickly immerse into the English language and become productive citizens. Along with this, all students are guaranteed an education that will meet or exceed the New York Standards in Math, Science, Arts, Language, and Social Studies. All studies will be able to fluently speak in both English and Spanish while learning to be self-thinkers, life long learners, and respected members of their community and society.
