Edward W. Bower School staff continuously provides students with a well-rounded education. In addition to the academic subjects, the students participate in Physical Education, Art, Library, Vocal and Instrumental Music. All areas of study are designed to address the New York State Standards and empower students to think critically and work cooperatively. Extra Curricular activities such as Chess Club, Safety Patrol, Student Council, Homework Club, Recorder Club, Stage Band and a variety of intramural sports are offered under the direction of members of the Edward W. faculty. The Elementary School staff acknowledges that all students are capable of learning, regardless of their abilities, race, color, national origin or creed, and works to make sure this responsibility is met. Key studies include language, math, art, technology programs, and an innovative music program.
