Edward J. Arthur Elementary School is located at 51 Third Street Athens, NY. Edward J. Arthur is proud to introduce you to the school community in the riverfront village of Athens. EJA is a full day kindergarten through fourth grade elementary building. The cafeteria/auditorium is equipped with the latest in presentation equipment for both educational and entertainment purposes.
