East Side Community High School

About  
East Side Community High work extremely hard to help every student exhibit positive behavior and work to the best of their capabilities both inside and outside the classroom. The committed staff, faculty, and teachers provide many opportunities to learn through standards-based instruction and challenge students in order to prepare them for the New York State Assessments. The staff also helps students to develop the constructive habits essential for success at the next level of their education and for adulthood. Students attending the school will find a very helpful guidance office staff to help students with important decisions about their future such as; Academic Counseling, Goal Setting, Career Counseling, Social Skills Assistance, College Financial Aid Guidance, and other types of personal support. Art courses stress the development of a visual vocabulary, based upon the elements and principles of art. Students will also learn how to start a business and manage a business.
