The mission of the East Rochester Junior-Senior High School community is to foster each child's intellectual, social and emotional development thereby enabling every child to become a productive, lifelong learner. The committed staff will model this, in cooperation with all elements of the community, ensuring developmentally appropriate education and support within a respectful, safe and caring environment.

The East Rochester Junior-Senior High School, believes that students and staff are champions and the best of the best. The teachers and staff educational efforts demonstrate the fact that the High School is a learning sanctuary.
