Commack Middle School is a United States Blue Ribbon School of Excellence and provides outstanding educational opportunities for students in grades sixth, seventh, and eighth.
Along with the basic classes needed to excel Commack Middle School offers other opportunities for students to enjoy not only the educational opportunities but also their role in the community with various community service activities.
At Commack Middle School, staff, teachers, and students agree with the creating a positive thinking environment, this allows every student the ability to learn while being treated in a positive manner. Classrooms are small for a more personal education while students are provided with the best educational resources to prepare them for high school including guidance, lifelong friendships, and pride in themselves.
Commack Middle School is the only middle school in the Commack Union Free School District providing students the chance to leave elementary school and travel through middle school and onward to high school with the same classmates, while meeting new friends from other elementary schools in the district.
