Carle Place Middle Senior High School

About
Carle Place Middle Senior High School works to motivate all students to expand their skills and attain the understanding that will empower them to be productive, responsible, self-directed individuals who respect one another and who appreciate individual differences. This will be accomplished by offering a dynamic, continuously evolving education program that actualizes the unique potential of each person and develops life-long learning skills that promote success in an ever-changing global society.

At Carle Place Middle Senior High School achievement is defined and measured by each student in his/her own way according to capabilities, interests and talents. Schools should inspire students to become life-long learners and independent thinkers. The school, the governing authority, the student, the family and the community must share the responsibility to work together to facilitate academic growth. Ethical conduct is fundamental to sustaining society. Growth is dependent upon a continuous process of change and self examination. The educational environment should instill in all students an intrinsic appreciation of individual academic accomplishment.
