Canal View Elementary School is located at One Ranger Road Spencerport, NY and it provides education for grades K-5. This public school is governed by the Spencerport Central School District Board of Education which serves the Community of Spencerport. At Canal View they have made a strong commitment to providing students with as many extracurricular experiences as possible that allow each student to pursue and explore their personal interests.
A School Wide Enrichment plan calls for the development of programs that afford our students with these opportunities beyond the classroom. The Strategic Plan has an objective that specifically indicates that all students will further develop their interests as well. Another major school initiative is to continue our work with reinforcing positive behavior. All students interested in participating in the Clubs & Activities at Canal View will follow the Code of Conduct rules and PBIS expectations set at Canal View.
The staff of teachers and other officials works closely with parents and the entire community to provide the best education possible for students.
