Caledonia-Mumford Middle School is located at 99 North Street Caledonia, NY and provides excellent education opportunities for grades 6 through 8 for this community in Livingston County, New York. Caledonia-Mumford Middle School has approximately 275 students in grades 6, 7, and 8. Students enter our school from the Caledonia-Mumford Elementary and many private schools and upon completion of our program, attend Caledonia-Mumford High School.
The school has over 30 faculty and staff members dedicated to providing the best education possible for our students. Caledonia-Mumford offers a small town atmosphere with a family-like, safe, and nurturing environment where all children are valued. The purpose of C-M Middle School is to help children prepare for a lifetime of learning by developing their creative, intellectual and physical potential, their sense of responsibility, their self-worth and their respect for others.
The instructional program emphasizes the mastery of language skills, the development of critical thinking skills, problem solving strategies and the ability to make decisions. The program also provides children with opportunities to study new subjects and to explore new interests. The co-curricular program offers children a chance to explore leisure activities and enrichment opportunities. They participate in a wide range of activities and learn the importance of cooperation and competition.
