The staff development program must be ongoing, and continually focused on helping teachers to integrate technology and utilize technology (including improving teacher productivity and providing new information resources) and helping students to learn with technology (including learning in new and more effective ways). Implementing an effective, ongoing staff development program requires planning and a district level commitment to funding.
