Blackheath Road Pre-Kindergarten Center students master skills, attitudes, and values that will have a lasting, positive effect on their future education. The teachers involve the children actively in many meaningful, functional language experiences, including speaking, listening, writing and reading. Teachers acknowledge the differences in language and cultural backgrounds and emphasize reading as an integral part of the total curriculum.

The local community is made up of both friendly and supportive parents that desire a quality education for their children while remaining very active in the Parent Teacher Association strive to ensure that each child can exceed in their learning experience.
