Birch Lane Elementary School provides a broad variety of academic, social and cultural arts programs. The teachers work with a broad academic range of students and have developed differentiated enriching programs to meet the needs of all. The highly trained staff is watchful to the needs of every child. This results in the early identification of problems and prompt remediation by skilled professionals, as well as the development of programs that challenge all students to reach their potential.
In addition to regular school programs, Birch Lane strong partnership with the PTA has enabled the school to provide their students with a wide range of learning experiences. PTA sponsors activities in the following areas: safety, environmental protection, drug awareness and literary enrichment, as in our Partners in Reading and Book Fair.
