Beekman School is located at 201 Lime Ridge Road Poughkeepsie, NY. This school is part of the Arlington Central School District and the Board of Education is the official policy-making body for this school. The school has collaborative team teaching classes that mix children with special needs and those in general education. These classes have two teachers, one of whom is certified in special education. A mother whose son was diagnosed with attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity said she was thrilled by the way the teachers and administration helped him focus and concentrate.
