Amagansett School caters to the educations of children starting at Pre-Kindergarten through the sixth grade. Students are being taught qualities like patriotism, responsible citizenship, self-discipline, respect for authority and respect for others. Amagansett School honors the students, teachers, support staff, and parents for their desire to work and seek continued improvement for each and every child. They provide an environment for each student that will fully challenge his or her cognitive, emotional, physical, and social needs. It is imperative to identify what each student knows and what skills he or she can demonstrate. Once this has been accomplished then additional growth will take place. The school and community join together to meet students' educational needs as well as providing the skills needed to meet the continuing challenge of life-long learning and responsible citizenship.
