Alexandria Central High School is located at 34 Bolton Avenue Alexandria Bay, NY. This elementary school provides education to grades 7 through 12 in Jefferson County, New York. There are several educational programs that are being used with the goal of encouraging the growth and development of every student’s personal interests and capabilities. As listeners and readers, students will analyze experiences, ideas, information, and issues presented by others using a variety of established criteria.

As speakers and writers, they will present, in oral and written language and from a variety of perspectives, their opinions and judgments on experiences, ideas, information and issues. The School is actively working with all children to provide a foundation for students to reach their maximum potential through comprehensive, exact standards to opportunities to allow children to be independent thinkers, problem solvers, and responsible citizens.

The Alexandria Central High School agrees with the same principles upheld by the district, which is to promote the growth of each student through their own ability, assurance, and pride in a learning environment where each person can grow to become understanding, responsible, and productive citizens in an ever-changing world.
