Valley Stream 24 Union Free School District offers each student with the academic and character skills they need to graduate from top colleges, to succeed in a competitive world, and to serve as the next generation of leaders of their communities. Critical thinking and problem solving skills are emphasized district wide, and promotes excellence and lifelong learning. Their Technology Plan is based on the belief that a well-designed computer-based technology curriculum will encourage learning and benefit all disciplines.
