The Olean City School District is located at 410 West Sullivan Street Olean, NY. This district has five Elementary Schools, one Middle School, and Olean Senior High School. Olean was the first permanent settlement within the present limits of Cattaraugus County. In 1854 it was granted its first charter by the legislature and was incorporated as a village.
