Niskayuna Central School District is located at 1239 Van Antwerp Road Schenectady, NY serving grades K-12. The staff of the Human Resources Office is committed to serving faculty, staff, and students of the Niskayuna Central School District. Our office provides a range of services to the 800-plus employees of the school district, which includes teachers, nurses, administrators, secretarial staff, custodial staff, bus drivers, paraprofessionals and other support personnel.
The Niskayuna Board of Education is a seven-member board elected by the community that is responsible for the governance of the school district. Members serve three-year terms without pay. Niskayuna Central School District's faculty and administrators work together to develop an educational program that is both challenging and meaningful for students.
The Office of Student Support Services prides itself on providing appropriate services to students and works to maintain communication between staff and parents. In that spirit, they encourage you to contact any member of the staff for assistance. Competing as a Class AA school in Section II of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association, the Silver Warriors represent Niskayuna schools on the playing fields. The Niskayuna Athletics Program believes that participation in sports provides a wealth of opportunities and experiences that assist students in their education.
