The United States Military Academy at West Point is located within a half-hour of the Goshen area.
Eisenhower Hall and theaters in nearby Middletown and Sugar Loaf offer professional music, dance and theatrical productions throughout the year. Skiing, golf, tennis, swimming, boating and horseback riding are all nearby as are the Galleria Mall and the Woodbury Commons Shopping Village.
