Gloversville City Schools

Gloversville City School District is located at 243 Lincoln Street in Gloversville, New York. The district provides a quality education for students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grades with four elementary schools including Boulevard School, Kingsborough School, Mcnab-Meco School, and Park Terrace School along with Gloversville Middle School and Gloversville High School all at home in Gloversville, New York.

Gloversville City School District provides a comprehensive educational program to all students, including those needing special education. Each elementary school provides an excellent educational program for students in pre-kindergarten though 5th grade with the exception of Kingsborough School, which does not have a pre-kindergarten classroom. The Middle School provides an education for students in grades 6th through 8th. The High school offers educational opportunities for students in grades 9th through 12th along with a variety of studies including various club and extra curricular activities.

The incorporated learning environment established by the Gloversville City School District will enhance the teaching process in new ways, which will encourage problem solving, investigation, and originality in the classroom. The Gloversville City School District music and art programs are also considered to be very important in the educational process, which allows students to advance in other interests. The district takes pride in offering students a full range of interscholastic and intramural athletic opportunities along with the basic educational needs.
