Auburn City School District is located at 78 Thornton Avenue in Auburn, New York. This district is home to one high school, two middle schools, and five elementary schools.

Auburn, New York is home in Finger Lakes region of New York State only 25 miles west of Syracuse in Cayuga County. The district not only serves Auburn but other municipalities such as Fleming, Owasco, and Sennett. The goal of the district and all staff members is to provide a diverse range of learning opportunities for every student. They focus their attention on equity and achievement to allow students to contribute in a positive manner not just at school but in their community.

The three main goals of Auburn City School District is the building of leadership, quality curriculum, and performance. Along with the staff, teachers, administration, and parents these goals are exceeded each year to provide students with the best educational opportunities.
