Amagansett Union Free School District acknowledges the uniqueness of every child and attempts to instill in students a love for learning and a desire to maximize his or her potential. Staff member are models of commitment to professionalism, staying abreast of recent curricula changes and new instructional techniques. Amagansett parents participate, support and cooperate in the education and discipline of their children. Technology is integrated throughout all areas of the curriculum which is a critical component of an engaged learning environment. The curriculum documents provide the space for a tie between technology use and existing classroom instruction, but there is a need to ensure that all students are provided equal opportunity to use technology as a tool for learning.
